In the case that you are not satisfied, returns are allowed within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is still in new, re-sellable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us first before returning a product for exchange/refund/or warranty repair.
When contacting us, you must have

- A detailed description of your problem.
Our customer service representatives may step you through a few procedures to see if the problem can be resolved without sending in the light. Once a return is authorized, please write your RMA number on the outside of the package. Send the product to:
